Responsibilities

  • Contact schools and institutions for collaborations
  • Promote VTS workshops and initiatives
  • Manage external communication professionally
  • Increase engagement and participation
  • Support awareness campaigns and public relations
  • Coordinate with Media, HR & Operations teams

Media & IT Department

The Media & IT Department is the creative backbone of VTS. Volunteers capture, design, edit, and present the visual identity of the society while promoting educational awareness through digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Capture photos & videos during events
  • Create posters, banners & digital creatives
  • Edit reels, highlights & promotional videos
  • Maintain branding consistency
  • Support campaigns & awareness drives
  • Manage digital presentation of VTS

Required Skills

  • Photography & videography basics
  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut etc.
