Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, absolutely. You can change your plan from your dashboard at any point during your billing cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing period. No penalties or hidden fees.
Do you offer custom AI model integrations?
Yes — for our Enterprise customers. We support custom fine-tuned models, bespoke API hooks, and dedicated data connectors. Reach out to our sales team to discuss your specific requirements and get a tailored onboarding plan.
Is my business data secure with Bharat AI?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), are SOC 2 Type II certified, and never share your data with third parties. All data is processed in isolated, single-tenant environments.
What happens after my 14-day free trial ends?
Once your trial ends, you’ll be automatically moved to the free Starter plan with no charge. No credit card is required to start, and you will never be billed without your explicit consent. You can upgrade to Pro at any time.
How long does onboarding typically take?
Most teams are fully set up within 24–48 hours. Our guided wizard walks you through data connection, model configuration, and campaign launch. Enterprise plans include a dedicated Customer Success Manager for hands-on onboarding.
What integrations does Bharat AI support?
